Leonardo Hotel Aachen

Our stay was great. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed there on two different occasions. The first time, everything was excellent special thanks to the waiter Mathias, who was very helpful. During our second stay, we noticed that the dining area could have been a bit cleaner, especially the sugar jars, which weren’t very clean. The waiting staff didn’t seem particularly concerned about it, which was a bit surprising. Other than that, everything else was very good. One small issue didn’t ruin our overall experience, and we would definitely stay there again. A special thank you to receptionist Antonia for her warm welcome and for taking the time to explain where to find nearby petrol stations and restaurants.

Good staff Clean room and bath Nice breakfast The only confusion was about the motorbike parking. They said they charge , but I explained even Aachen centre its free and i dont need the card also since there is enough space for me to come and go . They agreed for me ( other motorcycle guys should check it too 8 euros per day ) There are nice restaurants nearby !!

I was accommodated in an accessible room, as requested, and the same room where I had previously stayed. Thank you. Diky. I was delighted to see that in the accessible bathroom there were two stools: one by the handbasin and the second by the bath. In addition, there was also a footstool which allowed me to be able to climb into the bath and bathe Or sower. There being no walk/step-in shower, this was an excellent solution to meet the needs of some mobility disabled people. Having two stools also assisted and avoided having to move one from one side of the bathroom to the other. After a very good night's sleep on a very comfortable bed and a morning shower, I went for an excellent and filling breakfast. As always, from reception to bar and kitchen staff all were welcoming, friendly, polite, helpful and professional . I look forward to my next visit.

Very nice hotel ideally located on the outskirts of Aachen very close to the motorway. The staff were very friendly and had no problems conversing with us. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable, and warm. We had a bath with overhead shower, plenty of storage space, Kettle, and a coffee machine. We will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We were given a coffee machine when we asked for it so that was very nice.
