Leonardo Hotel Aachen

Our stay was great. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed there on two different occasions. The first time, everything was excellent special thanks to the waiter Mathias, who was very helpful. During our second stay, we noticed that the dining area could have been a bit cleaner, especially the sugar jars, which weren’t very clean. The waiting staff didn’t seem particularly concerned about it, which was a bit surprising. Other than that, everything else was very good. One small issue didn’t ruin our overall experience, and we would definitely stay there again. A special thank you to receptionist Antonia for her warm welcome and for taking the time to explain where to find nearby petrol stations and restaurants.

Good staff Clean room and bath Nice breakfast The only confusion was about the motorbike parking. They said they charge , but I explained even Aachen centre its free and i dont need the card also since there is enough space for me to come and go . They agreed for me ( other motorcycle guys should check it too 8 euros per day ) There are nice restaurants nearby !!

The room was spacious, bathroom clean, beds were sooo comfy! Very nice for a short stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Stayed here for Belgium Grand Prix and Aachen is a convenient location to stay. Lovely old town with plenty of restaurants and bars. Spent three nights here and had some great meals. The beer was very refreshing!

Very nice hotel ideally located on the outskirts of Aachen very close to the motorway. The staff were very friendly and had no problems conversing with us. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable, and warm. We had a bath with overhead shower, plenty of storage space, Kettle, and a coffee machine. We will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending.
